Anyone get anxious out of the blue? Feeling nervous and jittery today. Ugh., I hate that! I feel so much better in the summer and the sun is shining..
Hi, I am super excited to be in recovery and into action towards living better. Learning about life and new ways to think. Reinforcing some skills and meeting new people. I do this all despite my sadness and anxiety.
Today was kind of a stepback. Gosh, I was so full of anxiety and that feels terrible. I've been sleeping through the day and now I dont have motivation to get up.
So how is everybody ? :)
I want to try to go into therapy again. What do I look for in a therapist that makes a good therapist??
