:( please help me

been stuck in the house since monday im kinda sick . not being able to see my dad has put both my anxiety and depression levels thru the roof i recently got a new doggie which e rescued but im kinda allergic to him but i wont lie his helpped me a bunch with my depression and anxiety i havent cut myself since.................lets just say its been so long i cant remember. ive been in isolation today dont feel like being bothered much today. been exremely stressed and depressed lately my dad tried talking to my mom about his visitian rights, his offered to pay bills his already secretly paying them and she keeps refusing his rights i dont think she realizes how much this means to me i really like having my dad and his girlfriend around they have become my number one support system since i found them they spoil me alot ive gotten everything i wanted so far so im happy with them but then when i come home and i gotta lie about who i was with and what i was doing it just kills my mood and m mom wont exactly let me escape to my friend dawns house like i normally do cause shes convinced her mother abuses her or some crap just cause she tried to run away cause she did bad on a test and didnt wanna get in trouble so i feel trapped and alone i just really need help and someone to talk to and give me advice about what i should do please help

Talk to your mother. Thats the solution, you cant keep lying because it is going to catch up with you. Be honest. But if you ever need to talk..I am here

im scared to tell my mom she'll kick me out or something my mom is extremely unpredictable

Its had to talk with someone who is extremely unpredictable. Denaxx has a good idea though...maybe you can list the pros and cons to talking with her about this. Is she able to understand where you are coming from without getting upset or angry? It is really important that you are able to talk to someone about this- a trusted adult in your family or a counselor at school. Will your mom let you talk with a therapist- its possible you can start your own therapy and then ask you mom to come for a session, where your counselor can discuss your feelings about your dad- this way you wouldn't be alone.
